I found this while I was looking for a picture to post up on here to prove that I am sticking to my blog.

I took this photo outside of my old apartment building during my first photography class at UT. I was learning how to shoot manually and I began to realize that my camera was capable of controlling color. This is the only shot I took in color...for some reason I switched to black and white for the rest of them. I like the color one the best.

Whelp...as promised...I have returned to blogging and I have a whole new redesigned blog!

Yay!

I have had an amazing summer and now I'm getting back to real life. I have several projects going on and a bunch of ideas for the new blog.

To celebrate I give you the first picture of the week! The plan is to have a new one at least once a week!

This was taken in Athens, Georgia back in early August at my friend Summer's place. I love taking photos of cigarette butts...there's always something...timeless about it. It reminds me of lazy days in the summer heat.
